“Finally, Credible information coming through is that Robert Kabushega the CEO of New Vision has been fired. Confirmation of his departure and replacement will follow. A highly place source has confirmed to me of this development that New Vision will get a new boss, Kabushenga had made New Vision his home and a base for mafia publicity, finally he is out” Titus posted.
However, in Kabushenga’s email to staff today, he has indicated that his early retirement is purely based on personal reasons and that the Board has asked him to manage the transition for the next 90 days.
“The Board has asked me to manage the transition for the next 90 days which I have agreed to do,” he said.
The outgoing CEO said that was grateful for the collective success and impact the vision group has had in society.
“This was possible because we worked together as a team. No single person could have done it on their own, certainly not me,” he said.
