Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bryan White Foundation says all is set for the upcoming Arua tour due to run from 27th July to 3rd August 2018 with its main objective being to spread the message of poverty eradication.
The “Bryan White Fund” which will enable individuals and SACCOs get interest free loans upon fulfillment of the requirements needed to acquire the loan. He added that the foundation has earmarked a staggering UGX 7 billion to be spent during the one-week tour.
The foundation has also reached an agreement with socialite and entrepreneur Zari Hassan who is expected to join other brand ambassadors like Mugwanya Michael aka King Michael, Ibrahim Mayanja Titus Tugume and Alex Muhangi.
We have involved our very own Zari because of her experience in charity activities as we believe this will boost our mission in Arua,” Bryan White said.
During the tour, the foundation team will visit different areas to collect data for the candidate applying for the interest free loans.
“My team is very ready for the big tour so I call upon the people of Arua to get ready as we prepare to kick poverty out of their district,” Bryan White added.
The foundation team is also expected to play two friendly football games with Onduparaka and West Nile Football Team where they will hand over jerseys to the team’s fans. The foundation will climax its week’s activities with a mega rally at Arua Hill Boma grounds on 3rd August with performances from Cindy Sanyu, Gravity Omutujju, Loketo Lee, King Michael and other local stars.
