Nataliey Bitature, the Chief of Staff at Simba Group of companies, has today been awarded an honorary Doctor of Science by United Kingdom’s Keele University. This University has ranked in the UK Top 10 for the Best Student Experience in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2020.
According to a statement from the University’s website and twitter handle, Nataliey’s award was in recognition of her social entrepreneurship works.

Nataliey, an alumni, who graduated from the same University in 2013 with a degree in Business Management and Education, was grateful to her alma mater Keele University for honoring her with a Doctor of Science.
“So grateful to my alma mater Keele University for honoring me with a Doctor of Science for my contribution to innovation in the field of social entrepreneurship ????,” Nataliey tweeted.
“It’s been quite a journey but I am so humbled and honoured to be receiving my very own honorary doctorate today from @KeeleUniversity,” she added.
Bitature, was recognized for and initiative called ‘HER’, said: “Keele equipped me with the tools to investigate and navigate my path to purpose.”
According to Nataliey, ‘HER’ is an online community programme where young women in business are equipped with both business and life skills that are designed to help them grow in their businesses and life.

Born to Patrick Bitature and Carol Bitature in 1989, Nataliey earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management and Education Studies at Keele University from 2010- 2013. Officially known as the University of Keele, this public research university in Keele, is approximately 3 miles from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England.
In 2014, Bitature then joined the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) for Emerging Leaders Programme which lasted four months and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School (from 2015 – 2016).
She currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Uganda’s Simba Group, a conglomerate of companies spanning the hospitality, energy, telecom and real estate sectors.
